Pearl City Gears Up for Bike Path Clean-Up Led by Council Member Okimoto

A community bike path clean-up event is set to take place on Saturday, October 26th, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, near the Pearl City Community Church. The initiative, led by Council member Val Okimoto and her office, aims to enhance the Pearl Harbor bike path, specifically focusing on the stretch from Lehua Avenue to Hawaiian Electric.

Participants are encouraged to come prepared with work gloves, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and hats to stay comfortable while working. Safety vests and trash bags will be provided on-site to ensure a smooth and safe clean-up experience.

The event is a great opportunity for residents to come together and contribute to keeping the local area clean and inviting. All are welcome to join and help make a positive impact on the community.
