Pearl City High School Dominates 2024 HHSAA State Bowling Championships with Double Victories
The 2024 HHSAA State Bowling Championships at Schofield Lanes saw Pearl City High School dominate both the girls' and boys' divisions. The PCHS girls' team won decisively, with a total score of 6,858, led by strong individual performances. In the boys' division, PCHS overcame a close first day to secure victory with a final score of 7,572 pins. Freshman Ryder Baisac won the individual boys’ title, while Jayna Yockman of Kapolei earned the girls’ individual crown. Coaches Millie Gomes and Tony Madrona played pivotal roles in their teams' successes.
MayJah 'FREE' RayJah 2024 Brings Free Music Festival to Aloha Stadium
The MayJah "FREE" RayJah 2024 event is set to bring a night of live music and celebration to Aloha Stadium’s parking lot on Friday, November 15, starting at 5:00 p.m. This special event is open to attendees aged 21 and over, promising a mix of entertainment in a lively outdoor atmosphere.
Admission options include a General Admission ticket at no cost. Attendees seeking an enhanced experience can opt for VIP Admission priced at $49.00 plus tax and fees. The VIP package offers access to a premium viewing area, an exclusive event lanyard, dedicated bars, and private restrooms.
The lineup for the evening features a diverse selection of musical artists, including EKOLU, BIGEVERYTIME, SONS OF YESHUA, SUDDEN RUSH, KAWAO, NOMAD, and CHANTA. Tickets are exclusively available online here.

Valor: Craft Cocktail Bar Brings Live Music to Pearlridge Center
Marine veteran Christopher Dingley has opened Valor, a craft cocktail bar and live music venue at Pearlridge Center Wai Makai. With extensive hospitality experience, Dingley’s venue offers craft cocktails and live music, providing a community space for gatherings. The venue, inspired by his military values of resilience, also offers food options and hosts live performances on weekends. Valor opens daily and features afternoon Pau Hana specials.

The Tree Wise Guys - Leeward Community Church’s Children’s Christmas Program. A modern retelling of the three wise men’s journey during their children’s Christmas program. December 1st at 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The event features music, games, food, and door prizes. Free admission, but advance ticket reservation is required by November 24th. The 62nd annual Food & New Product Show will take place at Honolulu’s Blaisdell Exhibition Hall from November 8 to 10, featuring over 250 vendors with food samples, live entertainment, and contests. Local Poke Bowl’s customizable nori poke taco bar and other Hawaiian dishes will be among the highlights. Tickets are available on-site, with discounts for military members and seniors, and free entry for children with an adult.

Aiea/Pearl City Crafters Craft Session for Adults and Teens - Held on Wednesday, November 13 at 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm and will continue bimonthly. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required. Learn more
Crochet Round Scrubby - Thursday, November 14 from 10:30am-12:30pm. Learn to make a round scrubby. No experience necessary. Student will learn how to do a slip knot, chain and double crochet. Learn more
Money Folding - Thursday, November 14 from 3:00pm-4:00pm. Add new or renewed skills to your origami and graduation lei game by learning how to fold money. Learn more
Pearl City High School Craft Fair - The Pearl City High School Special Education Department will be having its annual Craft Fair and more on Sunday, November 24 at the Pearl City High School cafeteria from 9am - 2pm. Support small local businesses, PCHS student organizations, and community organizations. All proceeds go to support PCHS Special Education student activities.

MayJah "FREE" RayJah 2024 - Happening at Aloha Stadium’s parking lot on Friday, November 15, starting at 5 p.m. for ages 21 and over. General Admission is free while VIP Admission costs $49.00 plus tax and fees, offering premium amenities. Get your tickets here.
LIL WAYNE HAWAII 2024 - Lil Wayne will perform at the Aloha Stadium parking lot on Saturday, November 16, joined by top local DJs Anit, Osna, CJ Park, and Compose. General admission tickets are available for $99, while VIP tickets are sold out. All ages are welcome, and tickets can be purchased online through TMR Events here.
