Community Gathers to Celebrate Nearly Five Decades of Memories |
Pearl City residents are invited to a final celebration at the iconic Aloha Stadium, marking nearly 50 years of cherished memories.
The farewell event, "Aloha to Aloha Stadium," is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, with doors opening at 4:00 PM.
This historic evening will showcase live performances by renowned local artists, including Henry Kapono & Friends—featuring Brother Noland, Mānoa DNA, Tavana, Kimié Miner, and Anuhea—as well as Ekolu, Kanaka Fyah, The Mākaha Sons, Ho'onu'a, and Hawaiian Style Band.
Tickets are available now, with options including a General Admission Family 6 Pack at $5.00 per person, General Admission at $10.00, and VIP Admission for 21+ patrons ranging from $79.00 to $149.00, offering premium viewing areas, private bars, and exclusive amenities.
For 47 years, Aloha Stadium has stood as Hawaiʻi’s largest outdoor arena, hosting events from University of Hawaiʻi Rainbow Warriors football games to legendary concerts by artists like Michael Jackson, U2, and Bruno Mars.
Beyond sports and music, the stadium has been home to community traditions such as the popular Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace, holiday light shows, fairs, and cultural celebrations.
As the historic facility transitions into the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED), the spirit of gathering and celebration will continue on a broader stage.
Designed as a modern, mixed-use destination, NASED will integrate sports, entertainment, culture, retail, and community spaces that reflect Hawaiʻi’s growth and aspirations.
Concert Producer Raymond Ho Jr. shares: "It is a tremendous honor to produce this historic concert event, one that pays tribute to a place that has been a foundation of Hawaiʻi’s community and culture for nearly five decades."
"Aloha to Aloha Stadium" is a collaborative production between TMR Events, Aloha Artist Foundation, and Henry Kapono Entertainment.
Don't miss this opportunity to bid a heartfelt aloha to a venue that has been a cornerstone of Hawaiʻi's cultural and sporting life. |
