• Grilled Kauai Shrimp Salad “Vietnamese Style”
  Fresh herbs, mixed greens, slivered onions, pickled daikon, carrots, cucumbers, and nuoc cham vinaigrette

• Steamed Nori-Wrapped Butterfish
  Chinatown vegetables, Saikyo miso butter sauce

• Grilled Hoisin BBQ Lamb Chops
