Pearl City Public Library is collaborating with Family Hui Hawaii to host the 'Family Hui Strengthening Ohana Through Play' workshop on Wednesday, August 27, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
This engaging session is tailored for families with children aged 2 to 5, focusing on the vital role of play in fostering healthy development and strengthening family connections.
Participants will explore various play types and learn strategies to create enriching learning experiences at home.
The workshop will also provide opportunities for reflection, sharing experiences with other families, and engaging in hands-on play activities.

In addition to this workshop, the library offers a variety of family-friendly events throughout August.
Notably, the 'Puzzletime' sessions occur every Thursday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, providing children aged 18 months to 4 years with puzzles and problem-solving toys to enhance their fine motor and cognitive skills.
