The ʻAiea Christmas Parade and Family Fun Fair returns Saturday, Dec. 12, 2026.
The parade starts at 9 a.m. at Pearl Ridge Elementary School and ends at the field next to ʻAiea Public Library, on the old sugar mill site on Halewiliko Street.
The Family Fun Fair follows at the end of the route from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This year's fair will have craft vendors, food trucks, games, community groups, a bounce house and plenty of holiday shopping.
The parade typically brings marching bands, school and community groups, classic cars, floats and, of course, Santa.
Expect lane closures along the parade route that morning.
The ʻAiea Community Association, a nonprofit community organization, sponsors and funds the event.
Groups that want to walk, drive or dance in the parade, host a fun fair booth, perform or volunteer can fill out the online application by Nov. 30.
A $25 donation from participating groups is suggested but not required.
Parade participants should arrive by 8 a.m., and there is no participant parking at Pearl Ridge Elementary.
The route is about 2 miles long and includes hills.
Candy and other goodies must be handed to spectators rather than thrown or passed out from vehicles.
Fun fair booths get a 10-by-10-foot space, and participants bring their own tents, tables and chairs.
Questions about the parade and fun fair can go to Karen Higa at aieaparade@yahoo.com, and craft vendors can call Char-Su Productions at 808-725-0018.
Find the parade on the Pearl City Local events calendar.
