Gospel legends The Blind Boys of Alabama bring The Blind Boys Christmas Show to The Leeward Theatre at Leeward Community College on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.

The group has won six GRAMMY Awards in a career spanning more than 70 years.

They have received Lifetime Achievement Awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Recording Academy and are members of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.

The holiday show mixes Christmas standards with songs from their GRAMMY-winning album Go Tell It On The Mountain and their Talkin' Christmas album.

Their 2023 album Echoes of the South, recorded in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, won the GRAMMY for Best Roots Gospel Album.

The Pearl City concert is one of five Hawaiʻi stops on the group's 2026 holiday tour, which also visits Waimea, Hilo, Kahului and Lihue in December.

Tickets are $10 to $50, and the $10 price requires a valid Leeward CC student ID.

Buy tickets on the Leeward Theatre website or call the box office at 808-455-0385.

The 628-seat theatre is at 96-045 Ala ʻIke in Pearl City, and its accessible entrance is reached from the Gate 1 parking lot.
