The Giving Machines return Nov. 17
The Giving Machines are back at Pearlridge Mauka (Uptown) near Beer Lab from Tuesday, Nov. 17, through Thursday, Dec. 31, open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to Pearlridge Center's events calendar.
Instead of snacks, these vending machines let shoppers buy items like meals, hygiene kits and school supplies that go directly to local and global charities.
An opening ceremony is set for Thursday, Nov. 19, from 9 to 9:45 a.m. on the Mauka first level between Ben Bridge and Cookie Corner.
Pearlridge invites the community to come and be among the first to give this holiday season.
